SLEEP COACHING is the process through which parents support a child’s learning around falling asleep independently, a key to day and night sleep consolidation. Sleep coaches provide parents with information and strategies rooted in sleep science that may include: optimal sleep environment, age appropriate sleep schedules and strategies for self-soothing.

POSITIVE DISCIPLINE is an approach that is respectful - balancing kindness and firmness to nurture social-emotional growth. This evidence-based approach is informed by early childhood brain development and uses parental connection and skill building to nurture self-regulation.
